North Carolina General Statute 58-3-191 ("Managed care reporting and disclosure requirements") requires that certain data and other plan materials be submitted to the Department by March 1 of each year, for the preceding calendar year. This requirement applies to HMOs licensed in North Carolina and to PPO Benefit Plans offered in North Carolina by licensed insurance companies.
