The NCHILB staff will not be mailing out the Mandatory 2009-2010 update booklets to Home Inspectors this year.
NCAC Rule .1309(b) provides for Update Course Sponsors to acquire the Board-developed course materials and
Sponsors shall provide licensees participating in their classes a copy of the student materials developed by the Board.
CE Sponsors/Instructor’s will pick up the CE Booklets and distribute them to the Home Inspectors when the class meets
to ensure all Home Inspectors have their study materials in the course.
[Per NCAC .1312 the Update Course Fee shall be an all-inclusive fee including course materials provided by the Board.]
