Serves as staff to the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board, directs the activities of the licensing board, and investigates complaints against Home Inspectors in accordance with the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board rules.

Serves as staff to the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board, and evaluates educational Sponsor programs for Pre-licensing and Continuing Education (CE) and licensee credit hours for home inspectors in accordance with the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board Rules.

Serves as the investigator for the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board and handles all complaints and violations of the Standards of Practice and Rules of the Board.
