City and county administrators and code officials are invited to a free class to learn what to expect immediately following a disaster and what resources may be available to them. Instructors Rob Roegner and Richard Strickland from the North Carolina Office of State Fire Marshal and Andy Innis from N.C. Emergency Management will give an in depth look at the roles of state and local officials during the preliminary damage assessment process.
