WELCOME! We hope you will join us for the 39th Annual NC Fire & Life Safety Education Conference in Concord. Our conference is dedicated to preventing injuries and deaths by providing a forum that delivers common-sense solutions to today’s fire and life safety problems and addresses a wide range of prevention and safety topics. This year’s conference will give attendees the chance to gain professional development as they network with peers and enjoy the new and exciting workshops being offered. SEE YOU IN CONCORD!

You must make reservations by calling the toll-free Central Reservations Department at 1-866-944-WOLF (866-944-9653) by Monday, May 4, 2015. Please identify yourself as members of the FLSE Group, with Reservation #2015FLSE for the $99 room rate, plus $4.99 lodge fee (Lodge fee include unlimited access to high speed, wireless internet service; USA Today newspaper; local and outgoing 800 telephone calls; in-room coffee, unlimited access to Iron Horse Fitness Center.) plus tax. Room rate will also be honored 1 day pre-conference at $99 and 1 day post conference for $149.
** Refund Policy: The conference will be held unless there is a state of emergency in NC. There will be no penalty for cancellations and refund requests received on or before May 26, 2015. All refund requests must be sent via e-mail to: Allison Cummings email@example.com. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after midnight on May 26, 2015.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Late requests for refunds from attendees who are unable to attend the conference due to a death or family emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the NC FLSE Council Executive Committee.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions are welcome any time before or after the indicated deadline. Registration fee may be transferred from one registrant to another.
