The West Region covers Alexander, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cherokee, Cherokee Reservation, Clay, Cleveland, Gaston, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, Watauga and Yancey counties.
