Please note that this service updates the main e-mail address associated with a record. You may choose to submit either a business or personal e-mail address. Secondary e-mail addresses may be supplied to the department by subscribing to OLS (Online License Services) for an annual subscription fee of $5.95.

The Department will update the record with the most recent e-mail address submission to send electronic notifications.

Per N.C.G.S. §58-2-69(b) - Every licensee shall give written notification to the Commissioner of any change of the licensee's residential or e-mail address within 10 business days after the licensee moves into the licensee's new residence or obtains a different e-mail address. A violation of this subsection shall pay an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Commissioner.
