Effective April 17, 2018, invoice(s) and proof of payment must be uploaded via the internal application for review in lieu of mailing them to the Mail Service Center.

Volunteer Fire Department Fund - Important Dates

January 2 All rated fire departments are notified the online application is available.
March 1 Online applications must be submitted to the Department of Insurance
May 15 Approved and non approved applicants are announced
September 30 All invoices and agreement forms must be submitted to the Department of Insurance. (a postmark date of September 30 is accepted, we recommend certified mail)
