- The Property & Casualty Division (PCD) is responsible for:
- Review of Rates, Forms & Rules for all types of insurance Authorized in NCGS-58-7-15.
- Filings are currently accepted Via SERFF, e-filing or US Mail.
- General questions regarding filing procedures should be submitted to P&Cinbox@ncdoi.gov
- Filing Fees are not required.
- For questions or concerns about an insurance carrier, please check with NC DOI Consumer Division.
